For most of the practicioners yoga is just a physical activity, something like a gym with more awarness; for a few is more a consciousness activity, for less is a spiritual practice. Yoga will arrive where ever you are ready, but in every level the aspect I like more is that nothing is dogmatic or imposed, instead is an experimental practice: as each yoga guru said: observe your practice, notice the changes, try to listen to your body, emotions, mind till your real self. Everyone has a different yoga, a different way to allign body mind & soul, times & feeligs are different, only the focus on the changes is the same. Be your experiment, be your yoga.
